Installation


The installation process for the NBN is usually completed in two separate appointments –connecting fibre cables and hardware to both the outside and inside of your premises. These appointments will be at the discretion of NBN Co officials but we will set them up on your behalf and can be at your convenience.

Note: A standard installation* is free of charge – You can find out more about the process from the NBN website here.

 Once the NBN service is installed your Activenet service installation is included in your connection fee. All you need to do is connect the provided preconfigured modem. If you are having connections issues it is free to contact our Technical support team.

 Activenet do offer onsite Technical support if required for a small fee. We encourage you to read our full pricing schedule or contact our office to understand all the costs prior to making an appointment.
