Installation


 Activenet ADSL2+ service utilises your existing copper service terminated into your premises. No physical onsite installation should be required however from time to time we might be required to attend site to move some cables. If a site visit is required we will be in contact with you and schedule a time that works best for you..

  Once your service is connected all you need to do is connect the provided preconfigured modem and follow the provided instructions. If you are having connections issues it is free to contact our Technical support team.

 Activenet do offer onsite Technical support if required for a small fee. We encourage you to read our full pricing schedule or contact our office to understand all the costs prior to making an appointment.
